Printing on plastics requires a unique skill set. Our large format UV litho and conventional offset presses print on a wide variety of substrates up to 66” long and up to .030” thick, including paper, poly, styrene, rigid vinyl, PSVs, clings, and banner style vinyl’s. We use direct-to-plate technology so we can provide you with fast, efficient scheduling for medium to long-run projects with the outstanding quality and professionalism you expect.

Large Format Digital is flexible and cost-effective for short- to medium-run projects requiring 4-Color process printing on any substrate up to 1.5” thickness. Because digital printing requires no plates and no mixing of inks, it can be the best cost-efficient option for quick speed-to-market needs. KDM offers 9 large format digital printing presses. Small Format Printing With KDM■
SMALL FORMAT DIGITAL AND FLEXOGRAPHIC PRINTING
For offset quality, cost-effective, short-run printing, our customers rely on our small format digital presses. This versatile equipment does not take a back seat to offset printing anymore. Unlike others in its class, we can print on 250 certified substrates, including styrene, PSVs, cling, poly and paper up to .024” thick. We can provide affordable customization and Variable Data Printing (VDP) for localized or one-to-one retail marketing campaigns. We produce high quality roll labels and IRCs (instant redeemable coupons) on our Flexo web press.
